Conditions

Before your course begins, it’s good to know the practical details about enrollment, payment, and other important conditions. We’ve gathered everything here to make your registration process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to read through the information carefully — it helps ensure your stay with us starts off without any surprises. 

Registration Fee

The registration fee is €230 per person. Of this, €50 is an administrative fee that is non-refundable and not part of the tuition, while €180 serves as a down payment on your tuition fee. This amount will be deducted from your final balance, which is due two weeks before your arrival in Saint-Raphaël. The registration fee is paid by wire transfer to our French bank, with instructions provided prior to your online registration.

Registration Form

For online registration, you will receive detailed instructions before signing up. Once our bank confirms your transfer, we will send a formal confirmation of your registration. At that time, you will also receive the name and address of your host family or boarding house, along with practical information about your language stay.

Balance of the Tuition and Accommodation Fees

The remaining tuition and accommodation fees must be paid no later than two weeks prior to your arrival in France. Payment is made via a second wire transfer using the same bank details.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of €30 is included in the €50 administrative fee. If we receive written notice at least two weeks before the course begins, the down payment and the remaining part of the registration fee will be refunded. Once the course has started, the registration fee, tuition, and accommodation fees are not refundable. For this reason, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected situations before or during your stay.

In return, we ask students to maintain a positive attitude and respectful behavior in the classroom, with host families or hotels, and during outings. This ensures that your stay will be both intellectually stimulating and culturally rewarding.
